DAVID ROSSETTI

Elder/Senior Pastor

David Rossetti has been Pastor at Bass Chapel Missionary Baptist Church in Surgoinsville since 2012. David is Bi-vocational and runs his own business. He and his wife Tina have been married since 1993 and are blessed with 3 children and one granddaughter. They reside in Kingsport TN. David’s heart is to see Christ and His word glorified in all that he does.

LEE MULKEY

Elder/Associate Pastor

Lee Mulkey has been a member of Bass Chapel since 1992, and served for many years as a deacon. He was ordained as an elder in June 2022. Lee has been married to Sally since 1964. Together they have 2 children, 7 grandchildren, and 8 great-grandchildren. Lee retired from the United States Air Force after 23&1/2 years of service.

JUSTIN BISE

Elder/Associate Pastor

Justin Bise was ordained as an elder at Bass Chapel in June 2022. He and his wife, Jennifer, have been married since 2005, and have two teenage children, Jaycie and Jentry. Justin also serves as director of the Deeply Rooted Conference. He graduated from the University of Tennessee in 2004 with a Doctor of Pharmacy. Justin loves teaching people about Jesus Christ.
